About 10% to 15% of all the hair on your body are undergoing the telogen phase at any moment. It usually lasts a little over three months. If you were to pull out a strand of hair in the telogen phase, you will see a solid white material at its root. In general, one to five lash hair falls out every day, but this is perfectly healthy and normal.
